So they land the plane elsewhere, another terminal.
Domestic flights to Glasgow aren't terminal 3.

*!...feel bad getting excited that he's on his way with all the chaos going on in London...sorry

It is in keeping with our board's spending policy to fly the boy up on easyjet... so Luton isnt a bad shout[IMG]

HAHAHA [IMG] That's quite correct m8! I hope he won't have to lodge in one of bed & breakfasts over there to stay in line with board's budget cuts!

im surprised that no Polish media has confirmed Zurawski leaving for Glasgow... i think that if he left someone would have noticed and thats why i am a little skeptical about the news

If you're from Krakow that go for a walk and check for yourself whether he's left or not. Lil test will do like...throwing a stone at the window of his house or something. If his wife turns up to see what's going on then just ask her whether he's left. And then run for your life before she calls the police. [IMG]

That won't work coz I heard Celtic told him to bring his windows with him to save cost on glazing in Glasgow

Slightly off topic, but if our polish pals want to see celtic footage.
Celticfc.net has 'Chanel 67' for free until next friday where you can get footage from Scottish League and Champions League games, interviews etc

That's great news. It's just a shame that Celtic have made a mockery of him by delaying his deal in case we bought Bellamy. The Celtic board treat people dreadfully as McNammara would tell you. Their attitude almost embarrasses me and tarnishes our reputation abroad.

Re: Zurawski News (Merged threads)(and more merged threads)

    From PA

Maciej Zurawski's protracted transfer to Celtic appears to at last be drawing to a conclusion after the Pole flew into Glasgow today.
The 29-year-old has taken his time in deciding to leave Wisla Krakow for Parkhead, eventually snubbing the advances of Turkish side Trabzonspor in the process.
But the two clubs took an age to decide the payment structure of a deal which will cost Celtic about £2million.
Hoops chief executive Peter Lawwell flew east on Sunday and returned the following day with a set of proposals from the Polish champions.
And at last the striker, who had admitted he was now "irritated" by the delay, boarded a plane and headed for Glasgow today with a view to signing a lucrative contract, most probably tomorrow.
The forward is regarded as Poland's top striker and scored in World Cup qualifiers against England, Wales and Northern Ireland last season.
Meanwhile, Algeria international Djamel Belmadi has begun a trial spell at Celtic.
The 29-year-old has played for a number of European clubs over the past nine years, including Paris St Germain, Celta Vigo and Marseilles.
He also has some experience of the British game having spent four months on loan at Manchester City in 2003.
The midfielder is regarded as a play-maker in the style of Lubo Moravcik and arrived at Celtic Park today to begin a trial spell which could see him cut short a spell in the Middle East with Al Ittihad.
It is understood he would not cost a fee should Celtic wish to sign him.
Manager Gordon Strachan has lost out to Blackburn over Newcastle striker Craig Bellamy, who today signed a four-year contract on a transfer which will probably cost Rovers £5million despite the Wales international spending the second half of last season on loan at Celtic Park.
Newcastle chairman Freddy Shepherd said the Hoops had done everything they could to complete the signing of Bellamy.
"I can assure Celtic fans that their club did everything within its power to try and get the player," he told the Newcastle website, www.nufc.co.uk.
"But it seems the lure of the Premiership is obviously too much."
Strachan has already managed to borrow 22-year-old French forward Jeremie Aliadiere from Arsenal for a season.
His only permanent signing, however, has been left-back Mo Camara, who joined on a free from Burnley last month.
The Guinea international said he was already loving life at his new club.
He told celticfc.net: "Wherever I've been, in my hotel, in town, when people have recognised me they have come over to talk to me.
"Everything's nice. There are nice people in Glasgow; they've been unbelievable, very, very friendly.
"Everything at the moment has been great and now I am just working in pre-season, working on my fitness.
"Every day my legs are getting better and when the first game comes I will work very hard to make the fans and my team mates happy.
"This team will play well; everyone is working very hard to get over losing the league in the last minute, last season."
Camara was also looking forward to playing alongside Aliadiere.
He said: "If you ask me about Jeremie, even in the short space of time I have been training with him, I can say he is an exceptional player, technically he is very good and in two weeks, when his fitness is right he will be a massive player."

Great post cypercooz, where do I start. Delighted about Zurawski and Belmadi sounds promising. To have played for such clubs he can't be a bad player. I never thought that we would get Bellamy anyway. This is the most exciting pre-season for a long time. Hail! Hail!
