Looks like the Broncos, not the Colts are going to the Glue Factory

Well, that is a big surprise for a lot of Denverites. No one expected to be going out at this stage. Fair play to the Colts, though. They impressed me with their tactics and discipline.

Hitchens was having his facemask held so he can't be penalised for not turning to locate the ball.
Dez caught the ball with two hands brought it in took 3 steps, switched the ball to his left hand and after he was down by contact the ball hits the ground as he's reaching for the pylon. Even allowing for the ridiculous definition of a catch I don't understand how stretching for the pylon isn't a "football move."
Also worth pointing out there was still a lot of time and I wouldn't have been confident we would have got a stop even if we had got the td

Peyton looks finished. Been pish since about week 10.

Out of the teams left I'd prefer New England to win.

Quite like the Colts, not a big fan of Green Bay, dislike Seattle and hate the Pats.

Its simple if he didn't have full control of the ball while going down then it is not a catch, NFL rules are very clear on this even if I don't agree with them.

Don't like any of them but I hate the Seahawks and think New England are the team who have the best chance to beat them. If Green Bay beat Seattle I'm not sure who I pick.

In an ideal world the Colts or Seahawks win it all. If the Seahawks pump the Pats I'll be so happy. I'd even take the Packers and I don't like them. Love Rodgers though.

Well that was a * * weekend. At least it finished on something of a high with a nice little £350 win at the bookies(thanks Dallas and CJ Anderson).

The Ravens lost but I am absolutely proud of my team. As John Harbaugh said, they became the very best football team they could be. Joe Flacco played great but for one bad decision at the end, Justin Forsett played great, the offensive and defensive lines were on top practically all game long and we completely snuffed out the Patriots running game. Which just leaves the secondary. It is a mess and was always going to be our downfall sooner or later. I thought it would be in Pittsburgh but it just took a week longer for the weakness to be exposed. We simply did not have enough talented DB's on the field to protect the two 14pt leads that the offense built up. If Jimmy Smith had been healthy we win that game, I have very little doubt about that. But ifs, buts and maybes don't equal wins so unfortunately that's that for another year. We will be back next year though, you can count on that.

From here on I hope the Seahawks go on and repeat. I have a stack of money on it being a Seahawks - Patriots Superbowl so I'll grudgingly have to cheer on the Patriots this weekend but I cannot wait to see the Legion of Boom dismantle New England on the biggest stage of all. And they will.

As a Ravens fan I'm devastated about this weekend. However Kubiak staying is huge for us and the progression of Flacco and the offense who have come on leaps and bounds under him. Also reading today that Smith Snr is staying and Torrey Smith wants to re-sign before the off-season.

Hopefully now we can build a strong secondary with no injuries, free agency and the draft.

On non-Ravens related issues, Denver are finished they put all their money into a few years with Manning and came up with * all. Now Manning is done and they are going to be crushed by people leaving and the state of their salary-cap situation.

(Super Bowl related) I hope the Packers, or Colts win it.

Buffalo confirm Rex Ryan as new HC on a 5 year $27 million deal

Rex Ryan expected to add former 49ers OC Greg Roman to his Buffalo staff, while keeping on current Bills DC Jim Schwartz in the same position.

Aye, Colts look like a respectable team. They fouled a lot and manipulated time quite a bit against us yesterday, but what do you expect when you're playing at altitude?

As long as the Seahawks fail, I'll be happy. Hate those *.

Rex Ryan and Jim Schwartz together. Light the fuse and stand back. That could go all kinds of wrong.

Add in the likelihood of having to start a less than impressive EJ Manuel.

Surprised he took the Bills job in the 1st place. Thought Falcons or Raiders would have been a better pick.

John Fox has agreed " a mutual parting" with Denver Broncos.

All coaching staff have been told they are free to negotiate with other teams. Jack Del Rio has been speaking to Oakland and Adam Gase has been interviewed by Bears and 49ers.

Sounds like a clear out in Denver.
