Very good point, nothing stays the same, fan groups evolve and leanings constantly change, you only need to look at how many celtic fans support teams from england now. Yes guys had a fav english side in the 80's, 90's etc but it has went way over the top since sky tv...

 

Trip from Feyenoord to see us next year:




Seen Feyenoord at our games in Europe for years. Not a club I am interested in but the atmosphere in particular the raves at half-time look immense and something you'd love to sample. A good number of them were over last year for the cup game at home to Aberdeen and were in the CSA after for the Green Brigade function. Game a major disappointment, result and obviously the atmosphere for them. I've been embarrassed in the past when I have had friends over from Europe who have came to our home games - fortunately pubs after the game and live bands make up for it.

 

Salford City what's that about?

 

Feyenoord my fav team in the Netherlands, consequently Ajax equals Sevco for me.

 

I love to see everybody lose when they play Celtic.:icon_mrgreen:

 

We do not have a footballing rivalry with Sevco however we still hate them as is evident by Hunburger statement. The huns have not died only their old team.

 

Feyenoord are just as notorious for their football violence abroad as Ajax are. Probably even more notorious.

 

That sums it up for me.

I really really hate Chelsea and inter not sure why I hate inter just always have

 

People should concentrate more on supporting Celtic than hating * Linfield or Racing Club or any more of these pathetic clubs.

 

How does hating another club have any influence on how you could support Celtic more,

 

If we are being honest... How much do any of these clubs actually mean to us?

If we don't even play most of the * then the list just looks dumb to me.

Some of the teams mentioned I've never even heard of.

 

I dont get Real Madrid and Millwall. Ok Millwall are a bunch of hooligans but when have we ever had any issue with them or Real Madrid?

 

Rangers, Hearts, Chelsea, Linfield aye. A lot of fans do seem to hate Racing Club for that game so that seems fair. The rest I can't imagine anyone gives two * about, possibly Rapid Vienna. They should have thrown the England national team on that, Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool too. If any but the first four teams played any of them I would want the other team to win, actually I would want Hearts to beat them too.

Totally agree. I mean Millwall fans are a bunch of * but they have no personal rivarly with us.

I mean, I couldn't really give a * about Racing Club or Atletico Madrid or anyone like that who was dirty against us in the past (and not the recent past - those matches were in the 60s). I can undertand why people have an ill feeling toward these clubs, but I don't feel it at all. I mean, people were actively wanting Atletico to fail in their challenge of La Liga/Champions League this season based on the fact a completely different set of players, with a different manager and board kicked the * out of us 50 years ago - that's just nuts to me.

I wouldn't say that constitutes a rivalry.
