October and January are the only 2 months this season were we havent dropped points, so can we go on a 10 game winning run with Deila in charge of this misfiring team, id say no, i reckon to win the league we will probably need to win 7 or 8 of the games left and that includes beating the sheep

Were not currently good enough to qualify for the Champions League doesn't matter if Ronny, Santa or Pep Guardiola was in charge
We need to spend big on quality players not pay 1-2 million for Scottish youngsters there all well and good domestically but in Europe there not the answer

You think we are not good enough to beat Malmo with a top quality manager?

Good enough for you personally mate. All I can see just now is consistently getting worse season on season, can't see it getting better. Fans are right to be concerned about a downward spiral, especially considering right now we are in a position of strength.

A time will come when we aren't in that position. We should always be striving to do as best as we possibly can, I don't think we're anywhere near that at this moment in time.

I'm sure at the time you were one of the ones on here saying the League Cup didn't matter...

We got in the Europa by default after performing abysmally against less than average opposition.
Hardly the same as being gubbed by AC Milan and Barca.

And we could yet win * all.

So, would Victor Wanyama come under this 'spend big on quality youngsters' headline?

Personally I think we should be good enough to beat Malmo or Maribor but we're being consistently outclassed by teams of that ilk.

Big money doesn't mean much if not on the right players, the worst team we've faced in Europe this year was Fenerbache for me. Who were exactly that, a big spending team.

Yes that level. The level he was brought in at and tasked with improving us. He will never get us back there. He's not capable of it.

Whats the chances its been Lawwells ego here, he's went to Desmond and said why pay big money for a manager, when we could employ a trained monkey to win this league

So how about letting me prove it to you, i can bring in some unknown pay him peanuts
Low investment high success, just watch how good the balance sheet will look

It's certainly not something to be demanding the sacking of our manager for, that's for sure!

I'm not ignoring any facts. Point out what I've said that isn't factual.

How many league games have we lost this season? We didn't get 6 wins, 1 loss in 2016. 22 goals scored, 5 goals conceded before the Accies and Dundee game? :97:

Look mate, there's concern and then there's being completely unreasonable. Like I said, we're top of the league, we're in a cup semi-final and * are no-showing games and demanding the managers head?

Sadly, our support is showing itself to be not quite as amazing as we all like to think. Like I said, the shower across the city have shown us up in recent years when it comes to backing your team and club, sadly.

Our fans are terrific when it's Champions League night against Barcelona under the floodlights.

When things aren't going so great though? Not so much.

Even if ronny was to turn it round i think the ship has sailed for plenty of fans.

Look what griff has done and yet some still refuse to accept him at our club.

Oh yeah, definitely. But that's more a reflection on our fans than the two men in question to be honest.

It's not been a good season, but if we win the league and beat the Huns en route to a cup win it'll surely be deemed acceptable? Not good, but acceptable?

I personally think that anyone who would consider a domestic double at any time to be a shambles or embarrassing is having a "* laugh".

I have no doubt that if Deila remains in place for next season he'll know that things need to improve.

On a positive note, any fans who are thinking of giving up their season tickets, who are refusing to return and so on can feel free to do so, as we'll likely see a spike in demand for season tickets once the Huns return.

A domestic double is most certainly nothing to be sneered at, and you wouldn't find me being negative over being crowned league and cup double champions for the season.

European-wise though, it has been an out-and-out shambles.

Because we haven't been good enough, we've been shocking to watch, we've been embarassed in Europe, we have turned a one horse race into a 2 through our own incompetence, we got embarassed by Ross County in the other cup.

I'm not even going to approach the wankathon over a support that wouldn't put their hands in their pockets to save a club that they apparently love or the turning on one of their greatest ever players.

The last part though? Pure bullshit, the absolute best atmosphere I've ever witnessed in Parkhead we were losing the league that game. The 4-0 last game of the season against Motherwell. The thing is, if the team and the management shows desire, is playing good football, if the fans can see progress then the fans will get behind that. That year we'd lost a cup final, were in 1 other, were out of Europe and losing the league that game. The team got backed to the hilt because we were showing progress, it was exciting times and that wasn't that long ago.

The fans will not reward complacency with unilateral support.

Yes 'IF' you've admitted yourself the team have no heart, and with an imposter at the wheel, we are liable to go over a cliff

If we win two trophies, the two biggest ones in our country, it's not a bad season. That's not something that can be disagreed with.
