Almost dropped another two points yesterday, it's time something was done about this because there are better formations to play and tactics to use.

We need the counter attack to be more effective because if we can't counter attack Partick Thistle we've got problems.

The midfield, attack and defense - i think hemanaged to find a team with weaknesses throughout.

I got a feeling the board are C*nts and Ronnie would be better if he had more freedom.

Lenny didn't recommend him for nothing. Lenny didn't leave for no reason either. He knew what was coming.

    Anyway... back to the vodka...:icon_mrgreen:

Not Forrest who had great potential and has recently put in a bit of an effort. Certainly not Ambrose who was much better when he came first and was in the team that beat Barca. Tierney as a youth player should naturally improve. McGregor from what I hear was a better player when he was on loan in the championship.

That leaves Griffiths as a clear winner

Which of the players Ronnie has bought in has shown the most improvement under his reign.

    Armstrong
    GMS
    Ciftci
    Boyata
    Janko
Jozo(had a great start so difficult to improve much)

Boyata has shown the most improvement.

There only using a business strategy 95% of clubs use.

I'd defend them tooth and nail, a good strategy ensuring long term sustainability and getting the debt down. Look what happens when you don't do that.

Ronny came in as a yes man who wouldnt pester the board for money. Thats why he got the job because hes not got the balls to question Lawwell. To me he seems happy to have just been invited to the dance because in his head I think he knows he shouldnt be here.

    Aye right.

How much CL money has the club lost out on the last couple of seasons?

They bleed millions from this club and give nothing back.

    They're fat scum.

To be honest was Griffiths nearly out the door? Playing with reserves at one point

As for wee Tierney well you can at least say he was doing the business in the youth set and that led to first team spot

So for me has to be the Griff

I don't think it's a case of not having the balls to question the board,I think the board were looking for someone who would play by their rules and Ronny accepted the job with the conditions laid down before hand.

I just think Ronny saw us as a massive step up in his career and CV and when they said "yes, the job's yours" he went into a dreamstate and never heard the rest about lack of money, entertaining the fans, getting into the CL. It was all just a blur to him and he sat there with a big smile on his face, which Peter understood as 100% agreement with what The Board wanted.....not realising that Ronny by then was in Fantasyland dreaming of getting rid of Tunnocks and Pizzas.

Its those conditions that stops us from getting a quality manager in and without those conditions lets be honest Deila would be nowhere near that job.

It's not even a doubt in my mind. He's Lawwells boy and in to do what he's told. Lawwell's had his mitts over the first team since the days of Strachan but he has gone too far this time. He will get away with it I guarantee that only Deila will fall on the sword ans Lawwell (who should go first) will slink out of it.
