    Has my backing.

But he needs backed by somebody who has more than a 20 quid in his pocket, ie the board.

I'd probably have went for 4-4-2 and tried to keep it simple. Same defence. McGregor - Bitton - Johansen - Commons. Stokes/Griffiths and Berget upfront.

Swap players in and out of that but it avoids a CF on the left wing, a LB in centre midfield and Stokes isolated on his own.

    What about you Sean?

No, I'm not doing this one. He's lost my trust for the foreseeable future. So much went wrong on the pitch against Maribor.

100% behind Ronny think he could create something special given time.

Might as well give him to the end of the season anyway.

    I will back him 100%.

But I think he needs to come out and say the board are refusing to spend. It's the best way to get a reaction from the fans and start a change.

    I'm on board.

Given time and the resources (unlikely), he will be a great manager here.

    This.

He has to demand backing. Anything less and he will just be a lapdog.

Some of his decisions in the the games against legia and Maribor were mind boggling, can't say I'm impressed so far.

Ronny is the man to take this club forward. He will make a few mistakes a long the way but I truly believe he is the best man to revolutionise the club from top to bottom.

Ronny is the ideal manager for us right now.

He's someone that knows how to build a team up and play good football

It's just going to take some time. We shouldn't succumb to the pressure of the general football world where managers are given 2 minutes and then oot the door. You can see that drive hunger and passion in him.

Get behind him. All these problems at the club where there before he came. That's why NL left us. Now the board should give him the backing.

Stopped reading the thread after this post, as it represents all that needs to be said - except this: if anyone has any doubts about this man's ability to rebuild a team from the bones of its backside up, take a look at his CV, then stop worrying and start giving him your total support, because he clearly isn't getting much of it from the board.

He showed a remarkable amount of naivety tactically in almost every match that's been played so far. However, he comes with a reputation of getting the best out of youngsters so if he bases the team around the likes of Henderson and McGregor, gradually adds the likes of Twardzik, Fasan, Herron, Fraser and whoever else we can coax to our academy I'll be all for him.

For so long we've said we need to use the Ajax strategy while actually contradicting it, we're in a perfect position to give youth a chance. It just needs to be gradually introduced.
