Yes. Potentially Mancini Mark 2. These days it's more important to be a cool and collected character in my opinion i.e Jurgen Klopp, Diego Simeone, Manuel Pellegrini, Carlo Ancelotti, Pep, Brendan Rodgers. I don't think the stern approach works these days due to the various pre madonnas.

He can be at times, but I'd say it's more of a cool personality, but by * man he can go absolutely mental as well sometimes :56::56::56::56:

To be honest, any Atletico matches I've seen this season (not TOO many to be fair), Simeone has been pretty "quiet". Not what I saw from him as a player......

Simeone doesn't strike me as the calm and collective type. The opposite in fact. I think he definitely commands a lot of respect from his players, and it's paid off big time this year. I think he is the type to let rip if his team aren't performing to how he would like.

Cool and collected with the players i mean. Neil Lennon is one of the worst for going off his nut at officials, but I wouldn't say he is stern with the players

Aye? Most games he's out at the edge of his area prowling on the line like a * caged lion. Animated as *, he just looks like he wants to run on and crack somecunt on the pitch! Reminds me of Lenny in his first season :56:

Aye honestly mate, anytime I've seen Simeone he's been (as you say) creeping about the touchline, but mostly with his arms folded right enough just looking like a mad rapist...........

I think he is a good manager but it will surely be great fun to watch Louis "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" van Gaal clash with Fergie.

He done much better with the Dutch than I thought they would have done as their players werent the best but they done it with quite defensive tactics, cant see him being allowed to play like that at Man U. Will be interesting to see how he gets on and what his style of play will be.

I don't know why folk are acting so surprised when for about a decade prior to him leaving, the entire footballing World said United would slump following SAF's departure.

The good thing for LVG is he's been given proper money and will be given proper time whereas Moyes was a lamb to the slaughter.

Its suprising though that think a year ago, Man U were poor in the League, yet had 4 points more than they do now and were doing quite well in the CL not sure if theyd already qualified by now but they were on course anyway.

Anyway a year later, they have no CL football to worry about, have done worse in the League, pumped embarassingly out a Cup(dont know if they were out a cup last year) yet since last year they have signed Blind, Rojo, Shaw, Mata, Di Maria and Falcao :97::97::97:

Its shocking that they are doing worse

    And Herrera forgot him

Their defence is formed of *, youth players and converted midfielders.

If you swapped Celtic's back 4 for United's they would be an instantly better side.
