i think it shows they both want to do well for the club. ok naylor wasn't having the best of games and needing a bollocking and he got it.

as for people here saying either of them shouldn't have reacted - nobody knows exactly what they said to each other. but who cares as long as it stays on the park is fine by me and it ended up getting naylor to put in a better shift in the 2nd half.

look at the man utd game at old trafford last season with mcmanus and lennon. both had a right go at each other as both love the club and want always to win. same as last night

roll on 5pm 2nite so we can start planning the magical away days

Remember Lennon and Mcgeady dong the same thing at Dunfermline after we'd won. It just shows we have strong characters in the squad. Naylor deffinately played better in the second half so it worked imo

    beginning to repeat myself now...

having a go = good, to be encouraged
rasing hands, pushing in face and letting the adrenaline go to your head = bad

that's the only point i'm making.

It certainly wasn't as bad as other incidents in the past. At the end of the day both players pull on the hoops and give it their best, if a teammate is slacking off words should be said, it was a highly charged atmosphere and i defy anyone on here to have done/reacted otherwise.

in the words of Ron Burgandy "Wow that escalated fast..."

No doubt both of them were ragdolled in the dressing room at half time by Strachan & Burns.

It was all handbags at dawn stuff anyway as the final whistle showed when Naylor celebrated with the rest of the team.

Tomorrow no-one will be bothered about this. Sorry that should read SHOULDNT be bothered.

like i said earlier, i don't really care, i've been walking around all day in the hoops with a great big smile on my face

verbal is one thing and I agree Boruc cares but that ref last nigh was one fussy git andwe could easily had one if not two sendings off, look at the penalty they got, that Ref was dangerous.

Ha! Haa! Check my past posts.:37: Boruc got us into the next round. I love his passion etc. etc. Give Naylor *, no problem. But he went overboard. You don't get physical with your team mate during the match! Save that for a practice where stuff like that happens all the time. Ok, maybe suspension is too strong but some kind of reprimand, at least. Other than that, Boruc rocks!!! :50:
Also I'm happy Magic did not choke. Hope he gets his confidence back and starts scoring again. Wow! Now I'm going to get flamed. :47::47::47: :34:

End of the day, Boruc is the last line of defence and has saved us several times this season due to Naylor making an * of things in games. I think it's healthy that the two of them had a barney-shows a desire to win which IMO is good. Naylor played better 2nd half-think he was scared of Big Boruc. I am willing to bet that they have shook hands over it and put it down to being frustrated at loosing an easy goal at a crucial time in a very important march.
