    lies and more lies

But who is telling the lies ?

Lennon is either a Liar or a Yes man.

Or else Sammy is the Liar.

Some one is a Liar or a yes man.

Either way it is a * of a situation.

Aye I don't believe Lennon wants him to stay and Sammy wants him to stay and yet no offer has been made?

if we couldnt sell a 28 ,27, 26 year old samaras the chances of selling an older version are going to be slim

There's NO way he should have been offered another contract.

We simply cannot afford to carry such a Jekyll and Hyde character.

Yes, I will have some very fond memories of him, but these are tempered by many many more memories of him being an empty shirt or a downright liability.

The fact of this matter is that he's not some hard-done-to-fanboy... Celtic FC has made a huge contribution to the Samaras family finances and made him a very wealthy young man.

I wish him well for the future.

Someone needs to come out and tell us what is going on. What a shambles.

Absolutely disgraceful for the club to show him the door right after he won the Eurovision song contest.

A good player will come in make no dought about it but there was always something different about samaras we have guys who can get to the by line and crossing the ball in but samaras would weave in and out he had a bit of flair about him his movement and the way he just runs with the ball is amazing to watch on his day IMO he was crucial with killer passes a good passer of the ball it's just a shame we never seen his full potential because he was always hot and cold I don't think there's many players out there similar to his style

Nobody's really disagreeing with it but just think it would be better if he said he wanted to leave himself and go back home or whatever

I'll never forgive how players like McNamara and Sutton where shown the back door absolutely disgusting so it was

Nothing really, he was just moved on with nobody really expecting it. Quite quietly moved on to Aston Villa to be honest.

He and Strachan didn't like each other and Lawwell wanted the older, highest paid players out and off the wage bill. The writing was on the wall for him.

I am not sure Sutton was shown the back door . Sutton refused to attend the afternoon training demanded by WGS . Sutton was used to been left to decide what training to do by Martin O'Neil who was rarely at training . He couldn't stand WGS been involved in every session and demanding to do morning and afternoon training .

I think there is a sniff of bullshit with Lennon on this one. He continuesly left him out all season he must have new samaras time was up and last fee games has put him in I don't think Lennon has the balls to tell samaras he thinks the time is right for him to go his seperate ways and probably sat and agreed with the people higher up and told samaras a lie to his face and I think that's 100 times worse

I'm not saying that Sammy was the greatest player ever to grace Celtic Park but he was here for over 6 years and I would like to think that if the club wasn't going to offer him a new contract then they would tell him so that he could get everything sorted so that he could 100% focus on the world cup. Also if what he said is true that NL wanted to give him another contract then why did the club not offer him one and decide to take up the role of back seat managers?

What would it matter we are getting jack * for him anyway so not getting a sell on fee would just be the exact same as running down a contract
