Dundee Utd vs Celtic - 05/04/14

Thoroughly enjoyed today's game, Efe seemed to just deal with anything that United offered in the strike department, Sammy had a good game also and scored a nice goal to boot, Commons drifted in and out the whole game Stokesy just took it in his stride and finished with a peach, and then the main one of all the fans sang through the whole game brilliant.

 

Lovely goal from Stokesy today. I thought our passing was really good in spells.

 

Can anyone tell me if there is a site i'm able to watch todays game. missed the live stream but wouldn't mind watching the 90

Thought Scott Brown did really well at RB, food for thought there, he is such a versatile player. Stokes's goal was a brammer, and big Efe played out of his skin, really good win against one of the better teams in the SPL.

Gutted I missed the game, sounds like we played well.

 

Good win lads, i watched the first half before i had to head away.

 

Considering he isn't a natural defender he done well.

 

Thought the same as most Stokes and Efenbauer were the best players follwed by Izaguirre and Kayal id say. Johansen never played his usual game, seemed to sit in more probably told to with no Brown in midfield. Samaras done well at times and I though Commons played better than he has for about a month but still didnt really do much, got caught on the ball less and moved the ball on quicker than usual.

 

These usually work mate (though occasionally you get mad things like the second half twice :smiley-laughing002.

Good first half especially, totally controlled the whole game and we came through quite a fiesty affair unscathed. .

Dodgy looking lineup on paper but some good performances, lenny was right about people keeping praising the likes of dundee united and aberdeen but forgetting us, a prime example was that * tanner when he could pull himself away from repeating the huns everytime we played and the 5/6 times ge repeated the semi was talking about why did this fabulous young dundee united side not get to grips with celtic? What, is this little mincer delusional..we are the champions son and by far the best football team inscotland by a country mile.....that's fabulous..

 

Adding to the Amido Balde debate I thought he played very well in the tournament in Turkey and we'd have seen a lot more of him as a result of that but Lennon and co see him in training every day I guess and there obviously not impressed with what he's doing on the training ground if were gonna sell him in the summer I'd be disappointed, a loan deal to another SPFL team would be my choice

 

Celtic fans attacked a wall with a JCB yesterday:

 

I think he is too good for other SPFL teams, but it would be ideal. Reckon for a team like Dundee United that create a lot and love a target man to spearhead the attack he would do excellent, 20 goals maybe.

 

Wonder where they got that tactic.
