    It's a forum for * sakes! :56:

Not everyone has to agree with you :56:

I only said that because he was one of the ones that actually genuinely believed Griffiths wouldn't sign for Celtic because of his and others opinions :56:

Did I not just admit I was wrong? :bbpd: or did I beat you to it?

Can I just point out SpellCheck, I made a point in a thread a few days ago and in your response to it you called me a "* idiot". Not so innocent in the "go having" department mate. So stop greetin

He's a proven goal scorer, what we needed. However I wish it was someone better, but while he wears the hoops he'll get my support.

Great signing, so much better than Stokes

Griffiths and Commons will strike up a brilliant partnership and it will be goals galore.

    What's yer problem?

It's a team game. Are they meant to give up supporting Celtic because they don't like Griffiths? Sit on their hands when he scores?

I've been clear all along that the signing didn't appeal to me because I thought we could do better, not the baggage that surrounded it. When the thread descending into the farce it became, I also told you specifically my opinions on the whole racist stuff. At no point have I said he wont score goals though. I'm never going to be a fanboy, but I hope he does well. To wish otherwise, it's pathetic. Celtic players not getting the backing of the support is detrimental overall.

The people calling him a rat * are entiltled to hate him, much like people hate Sammy or Stokes. Sammy gets dogs abuse, I've never seen you defend him with such vigour. (if you have, fair enough) Griffiths has a chequered past, he says it's up to him to change peoples opinions. I actually admire him for saying that.

    Agree 100%.

Guy has been prolific everywhere he's been. I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Also is a very similar character to Lenny. I think he'll work hard for Lennon and improve as a player.

Always got to give our support to anyone who pulls on a Celtic top. Was'nt the choice l would have made but l don't think he will lack in work rate and effort and l think he will score goals for us.

Can't take a dump in peice without this sadact flying over it,relentless, I'm touched..

Maybe the transfer would have went through quicker if he'd stopped tickling Griff's balls..

Ack I was annoyed we were even in for him, thought we should aim higher, but I just watched the interview video and thought...aw * it.

He's one of us now. All the best to him, hope he scores for fun. Why would anyone not want him to do well?!

Absolutely I will support him. He has a good goal record from the last 2 seasons at Hibernian so there is no question he can score goals in the SPFL. He is 23 so he still has room for growth as well. We have needed to sign an out and out striker since Hooper left so hopefully Griffiths can prove to be as good a player for us.
