Yes mate that is why Scotland can't reach major finals! Because people like you never give them the chance! Man you must have a short memory! U19s europen cup final! LAST YEAR! World cup finals this year although nobody turned up! lol exept a dodgey keeper!
We (Scotland) will never get there because of overpaid forieners! in our teams! Thus the reason England although they have some of the best players in the world cant win a major tournement either! Im sorry but I must dissaggree! I would have Barry Robson over Donati anyday! Naismith over JVOH! Boyd over Rooney! lol kiddin! Agreed its the manager that has to inspire the team, but you have to have the passion....and I don't see that coming from our forien players!

Did anyone see the Strachan interview with Celtic TV last week?He said Skippy had been the star of training over pre-season and that the fans had been unlucky not to see him.Going on that I'd say Jan+McDonald

Tevez and Drogba......oh *, we don't have them.

For me it would have to be JVoH and Skippy (but Deek for the next game as Skippy is still suspended)

I am not a fan of Killen. Remeber David Fernandez a few years back. We brought him here after he scored a lot for Livingston and he was pretty crap. I think Killen is only gonna be like Fernandex and just make up squad numbers whilst at Celtic. Wasn't really impressed with him in the short time against Killie. But hey, its up to him to prove me wrong. I think our strike partnership should be Jan and Riordan (or mayb McDonald).

    * it i would just play either 4-3-3 or 3-4-3 so i could play deek on left side miller on right an jan in middle....but deek an miller wouldn`t be way out in the wings, mabye that way we`ll get some action :fear:

    JVOH & McDonald

McDonald is a goalscorer, exactly what we need. Somebody who can finish, being at the right places at the right time :50: He adds movement and a bit of pace to the attack, he would do well for us in the SPL but he is not good enough for Europe.

We shouldn't even play 2 up-front in Europe, team should be something like:

    Boruc Wilson JFK McManus Naylor
    Sno
    Naka Donati Brown McGeady
    JVOH

    OR

    Boruc
    Wilson JFK McManus Naylor
    Bjarnsson Donati(sitting) Brown McGeady
    Naka
    Hesselink

    That is my opinion.

We have about 6 or 7 strikers in our squad now. You really think WGS will sign another striker instead of boosting his defence?

I think JVOH and Killen. I would've said riordan but apparentley he's going out on loan. I see Killen being a drogba-type player. Not as good as Drogba obviously, but using his power, and getting ariel attacks etc.
