it takes a lot of balls for you to say this m8 i take my hat off to you.

i also let my heart rule my head , untill the 2 rangers defeats and the last hearts game ,and cup final and i said to my self ,,i wouldent say or make excuses for them any more,

i like you and other posters on this thread hate saying this but after todays match ,look at how many are now saying or not understanding whats went so wrong.
so if this many are doubting the team or strachan ,how many more celtic fans are now saying it

as of today, strachan will feel the knifes being sharpend,,if hes any good NOW IS THE TIME TO SHOW US

I THINK I PICKED THE WRONG DAY TO STOP JOGGING

if ye look at the stats wee had the lions share of possession and created most chances.... on another day we could have had 4 goals.
bringing on naka concerned me as it smacked of desperation.... the guys just off the plane needs a rest.
also brown drifted right out of it in the second half.
pumping long balls into the box in the last 10 was again a bit desperate.
mcgeadey needs to go past players and find a pass.
this result may well bolster the squad and let them know they need to sharpen up... i'm sure it'll fall into place.
as i said we failed to score.... killie didnae do too much to our defence. we coped wi them.
not the end of the world.

THIS IS GOING BACK to the start of the match,,when the flag was being unmassed,
i had a spooky or uneasy thought about brian quinn,he seemed to be ,trying to justifi how we scored not a lot of goals last year ,orhow we never let in many,he was even making excuses about the poor run in to last season,
there was something uneasy about him today, and he looked stupid i that celtic top as well,,
did any one else feel tike this,,strange he said all these tings

This is slightly off topic but I felt sorry for Nakamura having to come on.He flew from the other side of the world on Friday and had to play Sunday. No matter how much money your on that is feckin hard going.

Yeh I felt sorry for him too, got thrown on with the pressure of trying to win us the game, did ok though considering the circumstances, suprised he didn't have a go with the second free kick he had.

    Good post Jhim.

    I'm with GS on this one;

"We did more than enough to win the game,"

"We were not at our best in the 18 yard box but that will come. We created plenty of chances, had a lot of the ball and finished the game well."

"If we'd taken two of those chances it would have been a fantastic performance but Kilmarnock defended well."

    ---
Not that I'm glad with the resultat. Never glad to lose points or games with scoring.
We wasn't playing our best but neither very *. We isn't just sharp enough to score the goals.

Celtic under Strachan is just like the most dominating teams today. Hold the possession, be sure the opponent gets very few chances and try to score a goal or two.
And today... Killie shots on target: o. Celtic ballpossession: 60%. Mission complete. To score goals... mission failed.

I totally agree with you there. He should be on a beach somewhere. He's not a robot.

was such a boring game, very little spark or drive from any of the players. of course we can ask questions of strachan, hes the manager and hes picking the side. VOH and 'magic' were useless, they did not look like scoring at all. the first half was ok, as we seemed to have a little 'something' but in the second half it just fizzled out. we deserved no more than a draw in that game today. i can understand us not playing brilliant in preseason friendlies, but that was the first game of the season! we should have been up for that.

from start to nearly the end... the backing from the fhans was abysmal.
atmosphere was flat as a pancake.

seems the days when they were the 12th man are gone.... shame.

no wonder, their performance was awful. their duty is to entertain and they get paid for it, while we pay to watch that rubbish. 555£ for a season ticket, 40£ for tops...the list goes on. we are fed up of watching that mince.

I thought we started the game very well, but then it died off as the game went on.

We were very wasteful in front of goal. We should`ve won this game by 4 goals.

And the referee was absolutely *. He`s not to blame for the result, but he definitely contributed to my * day.

VOH was dire as well. he is far too slow and does not bother to run for balls. i used to like him but we are finding out that he is definately not worth £6m.

The referee made a few horror decisions but obviously that was annoying and never affected the result.

what score did the fans get? personally, i heard "thers only one stevie naismith"
    and
    " your not singing anymore"

by the killie fans celtic support hasn't really been up to much recently either.

weather was bad. that defo didn't help celtic but killie defended really well
it would have been good to have won but we didnt lose. and its only one day into the season, i'm v disapointed that we did not win but its not the end of the world
