Will you be a student? Won't need to pay council tax, also almost no student actually pays for t.v licence and no point getting sky just watch online. Will save you a lot of money to spend on more important things like booze.

Anyway where i live in the deen i need 500 quid a month all in. 230 on rent, then 120 on food for a month (i get discount in supermarket as i work there so bit cheaper). 30 quid on electricity per month, 10 quid internet 10 quid phone. Then we are talking another hundred on miscellaneous items including nights out.

I've seen some decent wee 1/2 bed flats for under £400 a month. Obviously depends on location right enough. Get a one bed and build your own bunk beds

You're talking an easy 300 a month each for bills food ect (and of coarse rent)
Or try and get a fit land-lady and pay her the way all the * actors do.

And the above is before furniture costs ect. I'll be honest mate it doesn't sound a great idea but it's your life. Enjoy whatever you go for.

That's exactly what I thought when I read this, he's definitely * her for cheaper rent, and she is a 40 stone walrus.

My last flat share was a 5 apartment and it was £550 a month between 5 of us. When the quarterly gas/leckie bill came in my share was usually about £70 to £80. £60 a fortnight covered my food.
