Sounds to me as though you could start an argument in an empty room. You were nit picking about a valid phrase someone used in a sentence, which as it turns out was indeed a true fact. Instead of moving on or adding anything constructive to the debate you choose to argue over an innocent bit of extra info which you were wrong about in the first place. Get a grip.

I echo the above sentiment. Please close this thread for now. The Finnbogason transfer saga has become a bit of a running joke. I have seen no evidence that he actually wants to come to Scotland. If he does come to these shores it is likely that one of the lower league teams in the English Premiership will outbid Celtic for his signature. If some concrete evidence comes to light connecting Celtic and Finnbogason in future, this thread can be reopened.

He said a few months back that he could end up in Scotland (as well as listing other countries).

 

Finnbogason and Duricic would be a good pairing since they both played at herenveen together and produced the highest amount of chances in europe that year !
