    The riverboat casino does brilliant fillet steaks. Ideal after a night out cause the place open till about 6am!

    Don't know steak that well...which is a potential problem seeing as I'm thinking of opening a Steakhouse. Anything medium/rare with peppercorn sauce.

    A nice fillet steak, rare all the way. Or a Sirloin, also rare. Dyin top try a Kobe steak at some point. Any time i've seen it though it looks pricey.

    If you love your steak get yersel to a restaurant in the west end called The Butcher Shop and you can all thank me later. Outstanding.

    I've worked in 2 steakhouses for 4 years of my life, like to think I know a bit or 2 about steaks and personally I think the steak described above is what I would recommend to any steak lover.

    Wash it down with a large glass of a deep, dark red such as a Malbec, and you will find there are few tastes on this planet that come better.
