I wouldn't surprise me if he did at the end of his career.....and then he'd be left underwhelmed by our morgue like atmosphere in the SPL

Hey, I'm not sure as I don't watch footy so much these days having a family, however, I would look for another Naka or Ki type with technical ability ;)

We've been boring since they've left.

I was going to suggest Wes Holohan. He would hardly cost much.

Ki wasn't in the same creative bracket as Naka but he did offer something different to ledley and brown. Did pretty well with Swansea but got moved on when Rogers left and is with struggling Sunderland. Hope he stays up.

Probably been said, but I would love Aiden back. He's been creative for Spartak.

I'd like to see Rogic given more of a run in the team. Just has to take his chances when they come his way.

The guy we will face on Wednesday is one whom I would like to see; Siem De Jong. Fantastic player and can also play as a forward, knows how to get goals.

Agree with this. Got some good youngsters that deserve a chance. I also think we should be investing in the better Scottish players. Couldn't believe it when we signed Boerigter instead of Mackay-Steven. Think Ryan Gauld and McGeady are good shouts too.

The same Mackay-Steven who always fails to turn up against Celtic?

Methinks he is highly over-rated because of how good he is in FM.

Watched Mackay-Steven play a couple of times at Easter Road and a couple of times against us and he's been the best player on the pitch every time. Genuinely gifted young player. Granted he doesn't usually sparkle against us, but I'd love to see what he could do with a good team around him.

I can see us going back for Lee Tomlin, but I agree that we should give a chance to Rogic and McGeouch, but only on their natural position as attacking midfielder.

Gary Mackay-Steven is who we SHOULD sign.
Who we WILL sign, however, is probably Big Fat Lee Tomlin.

I honestly don't see Rogic making it with us as he is too slow and languid to adapt to the furious pace of the SPL, in other words he wants too much time on the ball, ain't going to get it here. McGeouch I still have high hopes for but it is a question of finding that right role and position for him, winger, playmaker, inside forward or in the hole ?

Personally I don't believe in blowing money in the January Transfer Window if we don't need too, we may have the right player within our own squad.
Why not recall Jackson Irvine from Killie ? He looks like he has it.

Irvine isn't creative player imo, but he can definitely become a starter for us.

I think that McGeouch must play as a playmaker or in the hole. I also have high hopes for him, but I imagine that he will be sent on a loan in January and in the summer he will be sold/released.

Rogić is a good player who found it a bit tough to adapt imo. He need to play consistently to improve himself, hopefully he will go on a six month loan.

I really like Lenon, but I just don't understand why he didn't use this opportunity to blood youngsters because there's no way that won't win the league. Last year he gave them 3 or 4 games! Also, I don't understand why he buys players on positions in which he already have our youngsters in first team: McGeouch/Rogić, Irvine/Biton
