This current team has no personality they are just decent pros doing a job we lack spark and invention, players with attitude on the park but most of all we lack winners. That has to be down to the mangers signing policy. Maybe he cant deal with high profile players. Such as Sutton, Hartson,Thomson, Petrov, Agathe, Gravesen, Balde and Jarosik.
