Its who should play upfront stop acting like hes a definite pick because hes done nothing in pre season to justify a game . Riordan should play upfront with somebody give Jan the kick up the * he needs ffs !

 

im with ya's i hate getting beat whatever the circumstances.

everytime the huns get beat in pre season we take the * out of them.
plus we got stuffed by an EPL team which is even worse.

 

We were that bad Big Sam put on a goalkeeper to play upfront

 

i hate losing any game as well especially agains a run of the mill english team.

how can we expect to do well agains teams of class if we cany beat * like NU with 4 players missing.

WGS team selection is always pish, people talk about how the subsitutions he makes turn games round but if u ask me the subs he makes are usually to replace the * team he fielded in the first place and the subs should have been on from the start.

 

Exactly . He makes daft team selections and changes it then ppl give him credit . If he choses the right team in the first place it would be so much easier which rarely happens

 

terrible our movement and passing is not good enough , if mcgeady can set us up a chance we just punt the ball up the park most of the time , and i think we should ditch the offside trap cause we where abismal at that last nite we are also crying out for a good right back .

get real u play in a * league that 95%of the players coudnt get a game down here and u bang on bout winning the league u only have to beat rangers in reality to win the spl

realistically how many hard games do u have in a season ?

 

you can bang on all you want about how poor the scottish league is but if we were in the english league and the the same money coming in as teams like newcastle with our fan base we would be challenging.

Here mate when we beat english teams in pre season we dont bang on about it as something special i.e. Everton, QPR or anyone else as it does not matter!! We playd * fair enough i can accept that!
But on how many hard games we have in a league season i reply 38!! Our league is not so micky mouse as u think proven when hibs are beating one of ur better teams bolton 3-0!! And one of our worst teams dundee utd are a match 4 one of europes best in barcelona!

So stop trying to compare for your benefit as their is no comparison!! How can you compare leagues when bottom of your league gets approx £50mil and top of our league gets approx £1.5mil! Therefore u can spend vast amounts of money on average players with huge salaries and have years of * underachieving with nothing to look back on and be proud of from your club!

 

Honestly u gotta admit it is poor i mean how hard is it for celtic or rangers to win the spl where is the competition.when was the last time anyone else won it? i didnt come on to bang on about how bad it is i watch dunfermline when im up there,but how many spl players could make it down here ,but leading upto the game last night many of your fans had great pleasure in having some banter with me and many other nu fans bout how u were gonna gub us and how easy it would be. soon as game was over the banter stops and its mainly hatred for us for cracking on back at yous.

 

U still play in the UEFA cup and do nothing. We know our league isnt the but at the same time we do not get the money your club gets yet we still manage to put out a side that can reach the last 16 of the CL. If we got the tv money u guys got we would fighting for the title within 3 years.

Oh and another thing, why do so many of yours fans talk about the 'glory days' when your club has never really been at the top of English football?

The only reason your league isnt a 2 horse race is because some Billionaire wanted a plaything. Remove that factor and you have to go back to the early 90s where someone else won the title.

 

Unnacceptable result friendly or not

We are miles ahead of them in pre season training and have played more games than them

fair enough we created chances but the result itself was embarressing

It was a good day out and a good time was had

Half the academy side? Last time I checked, Martins, Solano etc started for Newcastle, The Goalkepper didn't do anything and I don't even think he got a touch! If we had natural goalscorers in our team like Martins we would have at least got a draw last night! The scoreline made it out to be you crushed us.

 

This is why friendlies mean something against these *. Look at their attitude.
