We also have Naka, Donati, Jiri, McGeady, Bjarnassan and Riordon. What's yer point?

And we have sufficient back-up for our left/right backs? I don't think. Defender's and striker's are priority. We have plenty of midfielders.

 

No we dont have back up in the full back positions , i never said we did .
We have alot of midfielders but a few of them are * and shouldnt be here. And we have enough strikers , dont need anymore of them . Defence and midfield i think is priority .

 

We have no top quality strikers. Our front line is filled with SPL floaters. We have a solid midfield in Naka, Donati, McGeady and Brown. Jiri, Graveson and Hartley are better backup than any other team in the SPL has. Two of them have vast experience both at club and international level. I fail to see the need for any more until we off-load a few.

We just need some real quality period. Unfortunatly WGS has bought us some average players maybe he cant attract real talent.

 

The SPL can't attract real talent. Its about time deluded Celtic fans realised.

 

The strikers we have are the best we are going to get at the moment , as you said the spl cant attract real talent
It doesnt matter if they have vast experience , jiri hartley and gravesen are pish and have been since coming to celtic .Thats what i am trying to say ..we need to off load these clowns and bring in better players .

There are plenty players around europe that would improve the Quality of our first teamwho are miles better than signings made by WGS. Pressley Hartley, Caldwell, Camara, Telfer, Virgo, Miller, Mark Brown, and in my view Macdonald and Killen. Surely we can get a better standard than that

 

Personally I don't think any of them are "pish" and experience definately counts for something. Basically I think we have a real lack of a) quality and b) back-up in both defense. Overall I think we'll manage this season with the midfield we have but in other areas its going to be a real struggle.

 

I thought Sean that Spl teams couldt attract quality.Maybe your becoming deluded youself lol
