Phone contract

My current contact with Free ends in December 13 but I phoned them up and asked for an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S4 just now.

Option 1, was they'd give me one for £37 a month plus £49:99 one of payment for the phone. Which would come off in November.

Or option 2, I could of not pay the one of payment but the bill each month would be £42 a month. First bill would be November.


I went with option 1, I'll have the phone on the 10th this month. Anyone think this is a good deal for the S4?

And did anyone else get the S4 on contract for £37 a month have to pay a one of payment for the phone? Or is it because I'm still in contact. Or have I been bumped

 

It was probably because you were in mid contract, I upgraded a few month ago with vodafone "Sony Z" got it for £33 per month.....but I'd originally tried to upgrade about a month before that, at that time they asked for a payment.

 

As soon as y contract is up, I'm going pay as you go.

 

£37 * 24 + £50 = £938

The Google Nexus 5 will probably be released on October 14 for £275 SIM free.
The leaked Nexus 5 specs are very impressive.
A Giffgaff £10 payg gives 500 minutes, unlimited texts and a gig of data.

£10 * 24 + £275 = £515.

 

Giffgaff is * * though.

 

Both contacts were 24 months. Even though the contract ends in December, with Free you can update free of charge a month in advance so I probably should waited till november 13th, but the phone I'm using is * as my current contract phone broke.

If someone doesnt have a contract phone and goes into the shop, is it possible to get the S4 for £37 a month without paying a one off payment for the phone?

 

A wouldn't get a phone on pay as you go, 500 minutes isn't near enough for me, and neither is a gig of data.

 

02 offered me this.

Told them 3 offered me the same deal for £33 a month, with no charge for the phone and they matched it.

 

Sonny go on and search you can get the S4 for £27 pm depending on what deal u want. I always get my fones of buymobiles.net some good bargains there..

 

A imagine at that price I want get enough data or minutes that I need.




Anyone think the HTC One is better than the Galaxy S2?

I only have 200mins but i downloaded VIBER app its gives u unlimited free calls as long as you have ur data on! ways round everything lol

 

Contracts up next month (23rd) think ill upgrade to 5s my 4s is currently *. Top button, volume button (-) are jammed home button is getting that way, you have to press it a few times to work! Screen is also cracked.

 

I'm with 48 and pay a measly €10 a month (pay as you go) for unlimited texts to any network, 300 mins to any mobile, 60 mins to any landline and 1GB of Internet data.

 

Went into Vodafone with my girlfriend today to get her upgraded to a Galaxy S4.
She gets:

Unlimited Uk calls
6gb of data (A promotion thing that's on until the 31st October)
and it costs her about £33 per month. She also doesn't have to pay for the phone and got it the same day.
