yeh the forum is back up and mcgeady was rubbish like last season we need Riordan there he is better than mcgeady.

Mcgeady is still learning and why does strachan keep on playing these rubbish players pressley is the main one.

 

oddet was 12 at the time, can you honestly say you knew a future good player at 12? i dont mean people like ronaldo who are great.

Strachan is not the man for Celtic and i want him out

 

I watch Lique 1 Football. Mendy is ok, his not great but his alright. I would prefer we were signing a CB with pace though.

Pressley is a joke. I wasnt happy when we signed him as his never been good enough and the thought of him leading us out in the CL is frightning!!

hesselink was in the game alot more.
mcgeady wasn' so great.
riodan came on and scored, what more do you want from him?


who exactly was shocking? and what exactly was shocking from that performance? did you see the sweat * from them? (apart from hartley , pressley and strachan because we all know your going to mention them)

p.s. - why is hartley getting slated... i seen him burst his * out there... made one or two good passes, one or two bad ones.. as did most players

 

I agree Hartley, Pressley were poor I don't see why we signed them now and I hope they don't feature as first team starters they are to old and to slow, hartley could be ok becuase it was really hot there but Donati and brown have been alot better than him.

In response to monthehoops07, the last time we pl;ayed well was last week against qpr, but its pre season and dont matter too much rite now

 

Hartley's ball distribution is shocking. He gives the ball away so often.

 

We have not played well in one competetive game this calendar year

 

So true. Need a big improvement for next season. The passing and movement needs to be a lot better.

 

we have also made how many changes to the starting line up? why still moan about last season its not as if we lost the league.

I cannot believe we drew 1-1 with such an awful side! I pity anyone who went to that match!

I watched the whole game tonight on Celtic Tv, the first half was poor McGeady kept giving the ball away and what happen to his eye, where he get the keeker from?

Pressley played not bad he got caught out though at some points in the game with his slow pace as per, but apart from that he done ok.

Wilson also got skint down the left handside a couple of times and his crosses into the box wasnt up to much either.

I didnt even know Zurawski was playing untill the tv camera went on him in the 20 odd mins of the first half, so that kinda somes it up for him.

M. Brown made two vital saves, same gos with Boruc * outstanding, and Hartley was just another Zurawski very poor harly in the game at all.

I felt Hesselink and McDonald should have done better with there shots on goal.

Ones that wasnt in the game for me were Capone, Hartley, Bjarnason, Zurawski, McGeady - cause of his poor passing, Killen.
