He has potential but ffs, he is not capable of leading the line in Europe yet. I would have Stokes, Pukki and Commons starting before him up front in Europe

Why have we sold him? Maybe because he's a * * end who won't do as he's told. It certainly looks that way but I don't know really

 

You have to ask why 4 (and counting) managers couldn't work with the kid. I pray this is a wake up call for him because we don't produce many talented players in Scotland and, while it's too late for him at Celtic (if this is true), he could still go on to become a Scotland great.

 

Speculation, like 90% of the * about the lad. About two posts before someone saidhe was sold, they were saying he'd been in a car crash...sounds eerily like his Celtic career from a fans perspective.

 

As a Scotland fan you should be ecstatic. Not even making the bench for another year here, at a crucial stage in his development, is doing him no favours.

If he can excel at Standard Liege then he will be playing in a regularly at a good level and potentially in Europe as well.

Looking at their squad, they only have two 20 year old strikers and a 31 year old. So it looks like there is a decent chance he'll walk straight into the team.

As someone else mentioned, a £5m buy back clause might suit us down to the ground.

I really hope he makes a name for himself. Preferably here, obviously, but as a Scotland fan, I want him to succeed anyway

Obviously its speculation but you have to come to that conclusion about him. There is a very good player there but he's getting sold so soon after a new manager has taken over. Also being sent out on loan last season and constantly falling out with * over there as well

 

If he goes I think we'll really regret it. He could be huge.

What's weird is that he's meant to have this attitude problem but whenever I've watched him play, I've thought his work rate was great.
