Is it just me who thinks (for the greater good of Scottish football) a double will suffice? Another team getting a cup makes it more interesting and a little bit more respectable for our national game.

Reality is Celtic are a big club.

Expectation is for said big club to act like a big club.

Ambition is always to do better and become stronger as thats what big clubs do.

Now its time the board delivered...

My personal expectation/ambitition is the exact same as Lennon's and the board's. Build slowly and steadily, progressing each year, and get back to the upper echelons of European football, returning to the glory days of the 1960s and 1970s, which is of course much harder to do these days given the astonishing disparity in money between Celtic and all other big clubs.

Sadly we could have * it already this season with that dreadful Shakter away performance, but whether we turn that round or not I am confident we are on the right path.

Our squad is young. We are now turning a profit on almost every transfer, as opposed to letting contracts dwindle down like the clueless O'Neill and Strachan did, and we have a fantastic youth academy.

Within 10 years I expect us to be a top European side again.

Id love a run in the Europa League this season. I think this season is the one to do it in. Before when we did well in the old UEFA Cup we couldn't concentrate fully on it because of worrying about the old rangers team in the league. But we'll win the league no probs anyway, so I think if we had a good go in the Europa League with a few decent signings we could seriously win it this time around

I love it when people say Europa League means nothing. Look at the teams that have won it the past 3-4 years. Chelsea. Porto and Athletico Madrid (twice). These are teams that could easily and should be in the CL (well Chelsea won it the year before winning the EL).

For a Scottish team to be competing in Europe is all I want, so we can continue to boost Scotland's coefficient.
