    Neither the PS4 or Xbox One are backwards compatible. Xbox 360s were backwards compatible with some restrictions and only the very first models of the PS3 were able to play previous generations games.

    Have decided today, Xbox and all my games are getting sold, which should get me around 250£, keeping my gaming pc, and not buying one of the new consoles til sometime next year or something.

    I would prefer a gaming PC but having to wait months to play some of the games does my head in, so I bought an Xbox.

    Possibly, could play it on my brothers Xbox.

    I will still probably get a PS4, but will get it a few months after launch instead of release day which is what I was planning.

    Probably stick with Xbox, i think camera's will become pretty much standard and the new Kinect is pretty decent.

    Xbox One has HDMI IN as well; which presumably will mean you will be able to to use PC/watch Sky whilst using the Xbox in the same interface which if they've implicated well then it'll be brilliant.

    No chance. Very little amount of people actually want or use motion gaming. For example, look at the drop in the amount of people playing wiis, and the return rate of the kinect. Nobody wants it.

    Ordered the ps4 ages ago as i was totally * off with microsoft at all the * they came out with. I'm now in the position that i still want the ps4 but i wouldn't mind the xbox as well. Dead rising 3 & Titanfall look great. I think i'll wait until next year though when my bank balance recovers.

    Trying to decide what one to get for my son for crimbo, he is 9 wants the xbox one but it is a bit pricey. He has a ps3 just now & likes it. What one do you guys recommend?
