    Good capture, this is the type of player we seem to have to go for now - genuinely class player who has struggled and needs a fresh start a la Sutton. And its not such a bad thing.

    Good sign the amount of money Milan actually player for him and although hes been punted around alot, he has loads of Serie A experience.

    Milan ain't the easiest place to get a game in midfield.

    hes defo a cm, hes left sided, but plays on the left side of central mid field, and not on the left wing as some papers were suggesting
    a good capture tbh, 3mill is a bargain for an italian player considerinmg the over hyped prices in the epl/championship. this player i think will turn out to be better than koumas anyday and more technically talented, do any of yous remember the last player we snatched from italian football who turned out to be no bad:84:

    as for delvechio the other guy, i have a feeling the reason, celtic have not bid for him is beacuse, appiah is first choice and delvechio is just the fall back plan

    he doesnt play left midfield... the only wide position he has ever occupied was on the right of a eriksson style diamond midfield quartet.

    he'll be a good player to play alongside scott brown... with nakamura being able to cut in a lot more...
