I'll not be donating anything :50: there's no way he'll get 15 Premiership goals next season.

I'd be amazed if that was to ever come true.

Playing for Norwich, I'll guess he'll score 5-10.

Exactly this! Just sucks we'll have to loose our top scorer and a top quality player to prove it!

Hi guys. I've posted before but ages ago :) I'm not a trouble maker!

Just wanted to know what sort of striker the Hooper man is?
Ball to feet or just target man?

    I've never seen him play.

Definitely not a target man. He is a natural goal scorer though, think I've only seen him score 2/3 times outside the box.

you do realise he is only about 5 foot 9?

likes the ball to feet can drop deep, pick a pass, has great link-up play, and of course, can put the ball in the net.

he'll be a bargain at just over 5 million.

you might see folk saying he is just a poacher. True in a way, he scores mainly in the box. But the amount of work he can do is great. See him in his own half regularly trying to start off moves then bursting into the box.

For the money you're paying it's a bargain imo. Great striker. His goal record says it all. 82 goals 138 app for Celtic.

Tell you now.....Hooper and van Wolfswinkel sounds like an amazing partnership.

Good luck to you's next season:50:

Comfortable coming deep to get the ball and linking play between midfield and attack or playing as the main point of attack as he has a terrific first touch and possess the upper body strength of a much larger man.

Clinical finisher and has great movement, works at his best when he's playing with a partner. Turns up on the big occasion.

Norwich have got themselves a very good striker.

Deal. If he gets a big injury then we might need to review though :icon_mrgreen:

Most of his goals are poacher goals and given a chance he will generally stick it away. But he does get around the park when he doesnt have the ball as well.

I am maybe in a minority on here, but I am not too upset at losing Hooper. He is a good player, but he isnt brilliant. I expect he will do ok for Norwich but at the same time I wouldnt expect him to set the EPL on fire. £5m sounds like a pretty fair price.

    Good luck next season :50:
