It just said in PA that Niemi's agent said he'd love to join Celtic, but no contact has been made yet.

Wouldn't care if he's an ex hun and jambo, if he keeps his goal well then that would do fine for me, I've always thought he was a class keeper, if we don't get him how about Klos ? ;-) As for Quashie, don't think he's anything spectacular at all, played well against Italy and that's been about it IMO, the huns are welcome to him.

I think Strachan will be defo getting money, I really couldn't see him taking any job without resources available, plus in the Daily Ranger yesterday Pater Lawwell said that gordon knows that we need some fresh blood. Maybe this is an indication that some money will be there

Maybe Strachan will get his 5 year budget this close season too like MON ... and if the team gives us similar success for the next 5 years ... kewl.

Strachan need to get players at the right age, we need more players around Stan's age, time for the over 30 brigade to be gradually fased out at CP. Our young hopes don't seem ready for the challenge, I know McGeady has had a great season, but his 2nd season will be harder! Jury's still out on Wallace and McManus, Beattie isn't good enough and should be moved on. Here's hoping Maloney and Kennedy both come back as good.

I think his first job is to sort the defence out at times over the last few weeks it has been a disaster every time a ball gets banged into our box my heart is in me mouth he has to take drastic action.
