Padmill, what's with your German thing recently? I'm really curious.

I'm stunned that any Celtic supporter would rate Wanyama in the manner in that poster just did. Stunned.

I've seen people say something similar before about Zurawski...but, lets set the record straight, before he moved to Celtic he averaged 32 per season in the 4 previous with Wisla, Including 22 goals in European competition. So this "* everywhere else" is a Myth.

Btw...the rest of your post is utter * anaw.

I suppose I should first apologize to those offended by my comments. So, I'm sorry that you were offeneded by my comments.

With that out of the way, please allow me to explain them.

My communicade was made in a written medium where intonation and stress is not communicated. And, being born and raised in the North of Ireland where the language is colourful and some would say aggressive, it's easy to misinterpret the words on screen as just aggressive. As Frank Carson would say, 'It's the way I tell them.'

Any who, Celtic doesn't need the money, they don't need to sell either Wanyama or Hooper. So the fact that the club has accepted a £13 million offer for Wanyama shows the club's valuation of him doesn't match some fans 'World Class', 'irreplaceable' accolades.

And Hooper; not even worth the time worrying about. Charlie's Austin is just about his level, as is Jordan Rhodes and all the others the club has looked at. Lennon knows that he's a 6/10, with a 10 being Messi. Just slightly above average, with the potential, in future, to be a 7/10. Wanyama's might already be a 7, and might one day be an 8, which would put him into the top tier, but he'll never be a 9 or a 10 like the great mid fielders such as Keane, Vieria, Seedorf etc.

6's can be easily replaced, 7's are what our club should be looking to aim for. But take away some of Wanyama's strenght and height, and we're really only looking at a 5 or 6 player. He's really only one bad injury away from becoming a mediocre player.

If Wanyama was 5'5 would you still want him? If not, get rid, 13 million will do nicely.

Dear oh dear. That's like saying, take away Messi's skill and finishing ability and you are looking at an average player. You could say that about any player, if you take away their two best qualities then they would be mediocre.

Every player could be one bad injury away from finishing their career.

I agree with you until the last sentence fella. I would say it's more fun now, especially when you consider what we did in Europe last year. A team from Scotland who are forced to be strict with their finances, beating a team like Barca who can go out and splash £50m on guys like Neymar... now that's fun!
