Done nothing to impress so far, but gotta give him time to settle.

 

I think he showed a little more tonight, still a young guy with time on his side too

 

Not enough time to form an impression.

I watched him quite closely when he came on, he takes up some good positions and had a decent run until he was crowded out by two Berlin players.

Would much rather see him on the shoulder of the last defender at all times but he looks like he would rather drift wide like Stokes and Sammy or he is getting instructions to do just that.

Not even close to being the time to write him off.

 

We've been pish in every game. Can't really expect him to stand out when we're creating * all.

His first touch looks rotten though.

 

this team lacks creativity to support our strikers we need wingers down both flanks and someone thro the middle.once hooper goes we have banked nearly 18m we must spend it wisely

 

Does not look at player. but these are not league games or europe.

If he does the same in league games could be very bad for us since we have been lacking in signing a forward since Hooper & Stokes Watt has some time to get into the side or may well do this season if Hooper leaves.

 

I think we all want our new players to do well but the reality is that after a few performances you can judge a player. in the past when we signed the likes of hooper, ledley, kayal or wanyama everyone was in agreement that they looked like real good players. It's easy to spot a player based on the way they move, control the ball etc. I just don't think this balde looks like much of a player.

 

He's not even played a competitive game yet!

We've honestly jumped the * shark on this forum if we are writing players off on the strength of about 120 minutes spread over 4 friendly matches.

 

Exactly. I don't understand some people.

 

Hoping the big man gets a goal on Wednesday because by the looks of things he's not going to get much of a chance to prove himself with the fans if its anything to go by in this thread. Everyones played * in preseason,give the man a break ffs

 

From watching the pre season games he has played in, he hasn't looked upto much. Hoping its just down to lack of fitness and not enough game time before he was here.

spot on..doesnt matter if its a freindly or not...balde has poor movement, awareness, and a terrible touch.
