    great showing...

    passing well when we have the chance... on this showing i would not worry about having any of these players in the first team. Kayal looks a bit lost but they are pretty strong in the middle

    Not getting carried away or anything... but our reserves are holding their own against a strong Liverpool side who are wanting to win this in preparation for their season kicking off next weekend.

    I've been very impressed with our Bhoys so far :50:

    Impressed so far....Irvine looks pretty decent in central midfield, certainly better than kayal. Balde started well, but kinda drifted away since his goal.

    Good first half especially considering the team we have out, been impressed with balde and moyo. Feels abit like watching liverpool tv at times.

    Balde and Mouyokolo have been really impressive. Could maybe become Van * partner now Wilson is gone. Balde looks a real handful too. Really pleased, this is a good Liverpool team and our 2nd string side pretty much. More of the same please.

    P.S. Zaluska doing well also, has always been a good shot stopper.

    Delighted with Balde and Mouyokolo, if they could play like this all the time (unlikely) then we have two good players there.

    Zaluska has been fantastic as well.

    Some great play today by the Bhoys and it's been good to see a lot more of Balde and Mouyokolo. Both have been outstanding so far.

    Hoping for more of the same in the second half.

    Kayal, Watt and McGeoch need to be playing better than this. Irvin needs to start passing properly. It's been a good performance though and I'm pleased with our new signings.

    And we had nuggets from nottingham saying we couldnt live with teams in the championship let alone 'the best league in the world' even tho its only a friendly we have matched Liverpool easily
