Ok just a wee question I eat a lot of takeaways and can't seem to stop even though I'm wanna shift a few pounds.

How many calories are in a breast of chicken curry sliced with fried rice ?

I'd guess around a thousand, most of the calories are in the rice.

Chicken has very little calories, most will come from the rice and the sweet sugar filled sauce.

Same as indian loads of calories in the sauces, lots of cream and sugar in them.

Anywhere between 400-1000 calories depending on portion size, ingredients etc. If you want to lose weight, exercise for an hour at least three times a week.

I play 7s twice a week and 11a once atleast.

Also Jog and walk a lot.

The main thing for me was crisps and gassy juice since cutting that out over a month ago I have noticed a change.

Next step is to cut out the take always I love a curry but haha
