Sorry.....but he should never pull on a Celtic jersey again. Ever!!

I don't blame him, he is what he is, an average footballer, no more than that. If Ronny keeps playing him, He'll keep * up. It's not his fault he is prone to disasters. This is nothing new. Tonight's latest * up, is no shock to any of us. It's what he does.

An extremely likeable guy, but a * bombscare.

    Sorry, Effe.....get yer coat!

I remember once a guy, playing for Palmeiras, from Brazil, in the South American cup. He was exactly the same sort of player as ambrose, did thousands of * ups, the supporters would cringe when they saw him coming in, etc. He played this huge Copa Libertadores game, because all other options were injured. As expected he was useless. Didnt concede a goal because he was a left midfielder, but it was like the team was playing with ten.

The manager took him out after 30 minutes of game, send him straight to the dressing room, announced in the post match interview that he would never play again for the team and indeed in the next match he was already out of the squad.

That's exactly the sort of treatment I think Ambrose deserves.

Every time I see him on the team sheet I say to myself "AW *" , but then I think to myself "actually no, I have faith in you efe, you can do this" ... And he's been decent recently and tonight, which is the annoying thing. He's like the samaras of defence.

One mistake,a costly one though.Done defending the guy, some players just need to go.

    * Peter Lawwell/board it's his/their cunting fault.

He didn't make 1 mistake, he made 2 and they both resulted in goals. No denying it despite the good movement from their striker for the 2nd.

Two. Didn't attack the corner that led to their second goal.

The annoying this is, if Ambrose takes one step forward towards the ball, the striker doesn't get there.

He stood rigid, and allowed the striker to attack the ball unchallenged.

Schoolboy defending from an International player.

The first one was hard to take, but we've seen better players than Ambrose * that one up. The second annoys me more. If he doesn't expect a striker to attack that ball then he shouldn't be playing at that level.

Might just be my memory playing tricks with me but I swear he was never as much of a liability until THAT Juve game at home, he'd just got back from winning the African cup of nations, people weren't sure Lenny would start him etc. Ended up having a nightmare and costing us some, if not all, of the goals.

That was the last straw for me tonight.

Gave him so many chances, terrible at both goals.

Enlighten me, what does he offer us as a defender?

He's good with the ball at his feet going forward, * wow. That's what midfielders are for.

This guy is meant to be a centre half and can't defend for *. That's before you mention the stupid decisions and mistakes that he constantly makes when under the slightest bit of pressure.

Give me a big Bobo Balde type who kicks everything above the grass and actually attacks the ball over a 'silky, skilful defender' such as Efe every day of the week.

I actually feel sorry for him because we all know he can be a good player. The problem is, is that if he had another brain he'd have one.

I genuinely thought he was outstanding tonight apart from his mistake leading to their first goal. He looked heartbroken after it too.

From now on any manager playing this guy is a sackable offence.
