Efe Ambrose

I'm not a huge fan of ambrose but thought he was decent today.

 

Im not saying he should always be in the starting eleven just a bit sick of hearing people slag him off and knock his game even when hes not always been the worst on the park. Never helps any player becoming a scapegoat.

 

My point is that yes he makes mistakes at times but one of the biggest complaints people have is him playing at right back. Hes Nigerias starting right back they have a pretty large pool of players to choose from if hes that awful how come hes not been replaced?

 

For every good thing he does, he balances it out with something utterly heart attack inducing.

 

My knowledge of right nigerian right backs is not extensive but he doesn't seem to * up for them as often as he does for us maybe the system works better for him. As for the rest thats your opinion and your entitled to it

Utter hysterical rubbish . List the games and the number of people who have incurred heart attacks whilst watching Ambrose play. Jack you are just another example of people who have either rarely watched him play or are influenced by the few who continuously bad mouth Ambrose .

 

Sonny if your heart cannot take any more you would be better to stop watching Celtic as maybe someone somewhere might benefit from your continuous existence . I wouldn't imagine by a lot but probably a wee bit .

That's a good point you Mr Doire. But still, it doesn't excuse it. He should no better.

 

Thought Ambrose played well yesterday apart from the back-pass, won the ball back a good 5/6 times in the first half. Assist for the first goal and great pass to McGregor to set up the 2nd.

 

Im still reeling from some of the abuse dished out by ulsterscot on this page. So if you dont like Efe Ambrose you are now a racist, should stop supporting Celtic, or probably dont watch Celtic that much anyway.

Im not sure of your motivations for posting Ulsterscot, but this thread is for people to offer their thoughts on Ambrose as a player. Stop judging people for exercising their right to free speech. You clearly think Efe is a player that deserves a chance. Fair play. that's your opinion which you are entitled to. I disagree with you, but im not questioning your morals, your right to support the club or anything else about you on a personal level.

I think you need to take a look at our team, because the majority of our players play in Europe. And not a single one of them is a natural Right back
