Dunno how you can't love him. Only member of the squad with any balls, takes so many kicks and just gets on with it, doesn't react or dive or moan like a little gypsy *.

Not the best passer but at times tonight it seemed like the defence had taken bets on who could put Brown under the most pressure.

Broony is playing in a new team, and system. Let's start judging him after a few more games.

Can't believe people are doubting him after tonight, we are simply not a team without Scott Brown.

Undefeated when Scott Brown's been on the pitch this season. It's not a coincedence.

He was on form tonight. He'd run through walls for us.

I think his ankle was just taped too tightly, don't think it was anything more than that.

Or let's not point fingers at all? I wonder if those people who constantly judge and criticise others' performances live their own lives to such high standards? Do they strive to be the best in the world at what they do, or are they happy to phone it in every day for a paycheck?

I don't think him and Johansen are a good combination, Broony has a lot of desire and will run tirelessly, but his passing and likes are very poor indeed. For me he doesn't hit the opposition box enough too.

I'd prefer him to play with Kayal and maybe another, who would probably have to be bought, I'd like someone who can pass the ball about and his the opposition box.

Agree generally with people on here, I thought he played well, he made some decent tackles. very slack at times as well though

Wasn't one of his best games but if he wasn't playing it would have been a completely different game.

Scott Brown on his team mates today "People were just hiding and it was disappointing to see and play in."

And it was soul destroying to watch.

Broony gave it his all as usual, but it must have been hard since he was doing most of the work in the middle himself.

Bit harsh on Johansen, people are going extremely ott on him.

Him and Brown did alright today, it was our attacking players, most namely Commons and Stokes that stopped us winning today.

Interesting words from captain Brown after the game, claims of players 'hiding' and 'not wanting the ball' does not bode well for Ronny. Some players are clearly not playing for him and have not taken his methods on board which is going to cost Ronny his job imo. I genuinely believe there is a bit of a revolt going on in the dressing room against Ronny and his methods.

    http://videocelts.com/2014/10/blogs...roblems-multiplied-by-brown-comments#comments

As he desperately attempts to steady the playing ship Deila can’t ignore the comments of his captain who said: “We didn’t have enough movement and there weren’t enough people wanting the ball.
“People were just hiding and it was disappointing to see and play in. We tried to play but Hamilton pressed us high up the pitch and teams don’t do that at Celtic Park.
“We should be pressing teams high up the park and it hasn’t happened. I don’t do getting beat. I came to Celtic to win games and we are not winning games and performing just now and I don’t know why that is.
“We are just not doing it as a team and as individuals. I take my share of the blame as well in there.”
