I'm gonna be stuck at some work do near the London Eye tomorrow around game time. Any nearby pubs that anyone knows of that will be showing the game?

There might already be a thread for this type of thing so feel free to move it there.

Plenty of Sports bars in the Leicester Square area which is about 10-15 minute walk from the Eye. Can't think of any names off hand though or if any are Irish bars. It's on ITV so bound to be at least one.

I've not actively been looking for a Celtic pub in London since we played chelsea in a preseason friendly years ago but * tavern on Phoenix road near Ruston station I think is a Celtic supporters pub.
Like I say not been in years but could be an option to give them a call and could spent night boozing with fellow bhoys

    * tavern will be absolutely rocking tomorrow night, watched all our other CL games there. Would be going there tomorrow if I didn't have a ticket. Not far from the eye, that's definitely the one to go to.

Should've mentioned it's in Euston. By bus you can get the 68 to Euston station or by tube get the Northern line from Waterloo to Euston.

Not sure of any bars in that area that would be showing...

Take a walk up to Haymarket or get on a tube up to Archway (25mins from Waterloo)... They'll be showing around there.

anyone about South London for a pint now?nervous as *!!
Used to go to the * when living north of the river, great atmosphere and ya never know who ya might meet in there. It is actually under threat from London's attempts to trendify the area, they don't want a lefty/Irish/celtic boozer, they want studio apartments.https://www.facebook.com/groups/272234006225631/

Sorry clonbhoy too late now, but next time try the South London Irish club in Wimbledon, Hartfield road, if you're in the area. Wimbledon Celtic supporters club are based here, used to be at the Grove in south Wimbledon.
