The greatest game you have seen at Celtic Park

That said the atmosphere when we beat Motherwell but didn't win the league in Season 10/11 was one of the best I have experienced at Parkhead.

 

The 4 - 2 ten men won the league game was, by far, the best game I've ever been to. The atmosphere was amazing, and the game twisted and turned, like Tommy Burns, until Murdo sealed the league win in the last minute.

Nothing will ever top that one, including our wins over Barca, and Man United etc.

The game had everything. we were desperately needing to win, it was combative, it had an incredible goal, they levelled the score to add on the pressure, they had a man sent off and we missed the penalty then big Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink scored the winner in the last minute!

Absolutely, but you've got to be a certain age to remember that one.

 

5-1 game was my 1st game aswell. What a night!! That's too funny cuz I'm the same when I hear that song. Remember leaving the game and there was helicopters outside the stadium.

 

This. Still get goose bumps watching it.

 

The first 3-0 win against deadco, in Lenny's first season. That was the first game when you really felt that the thunder was back, first full stadium huddle and it really put some distance between us and them in the league. The last ever game against them was fantastic, but this game edges it for me as it meant more.

Beating the Huns 3-0 I ended up on tv and everything haha

 

Celtic 3-0 v the old Rangers mob, or Celtic 4-0 v Motherwell, both in season 10/11. Followed Celtic all my life, brought up with it, but that was the season where i really started to follow the club through thick and thin and it took over.

To destroy the Huns 3-0 on my first Old Firm was a magical day. Simply stunning, will never ever forget it. Was the first time the full stadium done the huddle and the atmosphere was just magic, i cant even put it into words.

The game vs Motherwell was bittersweet. To know we had lost the league, but the fans showed what the club meant to them and just went * mental, unbelievable. First out of only two times i have cried due to a game of football(2nd vs Barca as one may have guessed.)

Couldnt pick between the two, but they are the two highlights of what was my favourite Celtic season. Despite only winning the Scottish cup, there was just something about it. Was the season i fell in love with the club

 

Nottingham Forrest was a special night as was sporting Lisbon and the 6-2 was good and the CL games to many to pick 1 some great due to we won others great due to us the fans

Beating ac milan 2-1. That was the year kaka won the ballon dor, pleaure to see him in the flesh when he was rhe best in the world, he scored for them aswell.

In terms of atmosphere the 3-0 humping of Benfica a few years ago. Only negative looking back now is that Kenny Miller got two of the goals
