    My guiltiest pleasure is probably listening to RTE Radio on weekend mornings. I know it's Dublin 4 community radio and it winds me up something rotten with its quasi-unionism but * help me I still switch on to wake up.

    You always have some fantastically casually violent descriptions. Another favourite was, "smash those pecs in" for going to the gym.
