Sounds like he was outstanding today, may solve our rb problems for next season, anyone agree?

He would push Wilson and together would cover the position nicely. The guy Caddis in the reserves is exceptionally good too but has only been promoted from the 19s. What age is Doumbe? If he is over 30 I would only sign him on a short deal.

i think doumbe is 28. yea hes pretty solid, and he has very good recovery pace, which is very important when ur playing against the better teams in europe

Yeah, he will turn 29 at the start of next season which is fine for a 2 year deal. I would play him in the remaining games including the final. If WGS if going to play Caldwell he should play him with Mick in the centre where he is usually good and forms a good pairing. Dont think there is time to get a Mick-JFK partnership working before the final so I would go back to the tried and tested Mick-Gary one which was the first choice anyway before Gary's inury.

I say give him a two year deal, him and Wilson can push each other well for the Rb slot.

Was very good again. But we dont have a RB back imo . Wilson and Doumbe will battle it out next season

He certainly has played well the last few games. With Telfer no longer at Celtic it would seem like signing Doumbe this summer to something like a 2 year deal would be a good idea.

He is pretty decent at right back and I think he is much better than Wilson and also took the * at the aberdeen game...

I like this guy a lot and was disappointed he didnt get a chance earlier on, i hope we sign him on. Our right and left backs will be solid!

He was brilliant at the weekend. Looks far more capable at right back than Wilson. Hopefully we get him tied up in the summer.

Yeah a defensive quartet of Naylor-McManus-Kennedy-Doumbe would work well I think. He has impressed me everytime I`ve seen him. Not signing him would be daft.
