Cumbernauld mate  When the snow sweeps up the east coast it has a habit of becoming more centralised and Edinburgh, Stirling and Cumbernauld seems to get caught. Anyone who knows Cumbernauld knows how bad we catch it as it's one of the last places for it to go away  It seems to be coming in on the wind according to the BBC website and I don't think that they can accurately predict where it's going to fall and when. If we escape it I will be amazed :smiley-laughing002:

It's * freezing here tonight and my gas central heating boiler has started to play silly buggers :87:

    Saturday
Some snow showers in the morning, mainly towards Cumbernauld and Strathblane but dying out, then dry with bright or sunny spells. Feeling cold with a fresh east wind. just got that off the weather site seems your right :56::56::56:

It's been snowing here in Alloa but not much.
That Dunfermline pic made me go look but it's not even covering like that here :54:
It's still blowing through in the wind slightly.

I know  Couple of years ago we were wading thro 2ft of it lol. No one in the road could get to work as we have only one way in and one way out and nothing could move on it  It was hilarious as once everyone gave up trying to push cars they all ended up standing in the road in big wellies carrying snow shovels and nattering to each other :smiley-laughing002: I swear it was a good way to get folk together as no one usually speaks to each other nowadays :56: Hubby had to go out with walking poles and a rucksack to fetch my sister from her work in a local school.....poor sods had to walk miles and she was falling every step of the way :smiley-laughing002: I was amazed she got there in the first place!
