    CELTIC are weighing up a January swoop for Polish wing sensation Pawel Wszolek.

    The 20-year-old Polonia ace has been one of the stars of the season in his homeland.
    His superb form has alerted a host of clubs across the continent, with Neil Lennon now pondering a New Year bid.
    Wszolek has already won his first two caps for Poland this season.
    He still has two years left on his current deal and Polonia owner Ireneusz Jelen has repeatedly claimed Wszolek is not for sale.
    But despite Jelen’s public stance, sources in the country claim an offer of as little as £2million could tempt him to sell.
    Ex-Celt and former Poland international Dariusz Dziekanowski reckons Wszolek would be better staying put until the end of the season, rather than move in the window.
    But Dziekanowski added: “The question is whether Pawel is ready to take such a step.
    “Now might be a good time to transfer because, by the spring, his price might have gone up again.”
