I agree,MON's team would'nt have won that game.We have had too many teams over the years where our defending has been more by luck than good judgment. We have defended with discipline over the two legs.

What a match and what a win. Heart was pounding in the last 10 minutes. :smiley-laughing002:

Can't speak highly enough of the players, I was fearing the worst after all the injuries we have just built up. Forster was sensational again, Wanyama was amazing and so was everybody else.

I was wondering what Lennon was thinking replacing Lustig with Watt but yet again Lennon proves me wrong. This team will go down in history, Lennon has put his name up with our great managers, he's not quite up among the very top but I am sure that he will be there very soon. Absolutely buzzing from that.

Yesterday we were all thanking the club for the History that we had witnessed prior to that day and saying that we were looking forward to what was to come but little did we realize that the very next day we would witness a day that will go down in our History, a team assembled for around 10 million taking on one of the greatest teams ever and winning with a terrific performance. I don't think we could have celebrated the clubs birthday in any better way.:50:

I was wondering why the * Neil Lennon put Matthews LB, and * me he was absolutely right. He is such a great manager, Matthews made probably his best performance ever... what a man. There's only one Neil Lennon!!

Just got on for the first time since the game finished. Can't put it into words really. Right up there with the best results in our entire history and a sensational night. I really, simply cannot praise those Celtic players enough.

I thought Miku had a very good game, he was not scared to run at the Barcelona defence and you could see the likes of Wanyama trying to take on Barca - was fantastic to see.
