Nah mate I dis-agree... His passing has been way off the boil, as has a few of his touches. Doesn't seem to be as involved in the games either, past few weeks.

Under no circumstances is Big Vic going through a soft patch.

He strolled through the game tonight, made 3 or 4 great cross field/long range passes.

If the truth be told,he is just waltzing his way in the SPL.

The bigman is going to be hot property come the summer.

The first person on that list should be Martinez. Who is better than Wanyama atm.

    Sniejder hasnt played this season
Hulks been * in Russia apparently
Kagawa has been alright, not spectacular though
Terry is either injured or suspended most of the time, but is past it anyway.

He has definitely had a few poor games recently but last night wasn't one of them. He bossed the midfield and players were bouncing off of him. He also made a couple of unreal cross field passes and he had a very tidy little touch when he flicked it over his head and beat a dundee player then just strolled forward with it. Thought he was back near his best last night.

Last night was not his worst game. He strolled through that game with ease i thought. Hes passing at times might be his weakness alright but it isnt the worst. He has such a hype around him at the moment people expect him to have a flawless game everytime and when he doesnt they criticise him at the drop of a hat which is uncalled for.
Wanyama is still learning and can only get better and i hope that learning curve will be with Celtic for many years to come.

His biggest weakness imo is that he is far too good for Scottish football, it's too easy for him which sometimes leads to sloppy passing. Seems to only happen in small games.

I've noticed that sloppy passing at times as well.

I would put it down to boredom but Wanyama has an excellent work ethic and I am convinced he gives 100 per cent to every game. I don't think he differentiates between "big" and "small" matches.

Nah, I don't think for a minute he doesn't give 100 % in smaller games. He always wants to get forward as well as getting back. And no matter who it's against, if he loses the ball he goes on a rampage to get it back.

It's only natural that players can sometimes slip into a comfort zone at times when they're not under any type of pressure.

Plays in midfield for Motherwell, say no more.

In fact, I'm not even sure he can take a * to himself. :smiley-laughing002:

Any time I've actually seen Law play I've thought he was a decent midfielder tbh.

Aye, if Wanyama is to leave, hopefully it is to a big, successful club like United as much as I don't really like them. It'd be nice to see him in a top class European club strolling through any game he plays, so he should stay :icon_mrgreen:

Big Vic's 60 yard back pass to Forster on the final whistle was hilarious today.
