eh ??! ' acting like a * ,facts straight,' * man , i went slightly off topic ,yes.

I went off topic because this thread will die a death without a diversion :84: and im only to happy to help a thread in need .

you suggested it was a bad move not making the semi as if that was a golden ticket to going to the final , i said it doesnt bother me either way being their or in a boozer or watching on telly basically ,and that some folk like to use it as 'I WAS THERE' senario

Sorry for causing an argument here Bhoys wasny my intention, all in all I think you'll agree the most sensible thing to do is get behind Celtic and Strachan until or if he's sacked which I doubt from the way Lawwell's talking.. the league's already won obviously, but I think we can end this season winning the Cup and beating the Hun in the snake pit.. and then I believe Strachan can include a few good signings in and out this summer and guide us to the champions league group stages also.

Certain Celtic fans need to get back to the unconditional love of the Hoops which always set us apart from The Huns, these are glory days to be a Tim.. and Strachan's results so far don't deserve his job to be in danger, get behind the team for these important games coming up and we'll do it.

WGS & the team have been on a hiding to nothing since Xmas as the league has been (effectively) over since then. What annoys me is the typical knee-* reaction we get from some fans - the fan vs Lennon incident for example - where fans go overboard with their criticism of the team/manager.

At the beginning of the season would we have taken a league/cup double? Yes.
A place in last 16 of the CL given the group we had? Most def.

Teams always have a dodgy spell at some stage. The fact our has come after the league has been sewn up should be a blessing.

I find it embarassing to us and the club that this criticism has been so widely broadcasted.

Enough is enough - we should move on and celebrate a league championship and get behind the team for the Cup Final

    Christmas presents? *?

gaffney mate, I buy the * presents im my house now so there are no surprises.

Getting back on topic, it doesn't matter that we've known since October that we'll win it, when Lenny picks up that big trophy it'll still be a buzz. And I'll celebrate it as much as any other title or cup we've won.

Spot on as per usual Greendave. The fact that Celtic have had the league in the bag from early on has just made it all the more enjoyable for me. I have loved every week of being way out in front lording it over the huns.

Strachan is a great manager and he has proved his worth in the last 2 seasons.I think the reason people have a problem with him is that he is not a Celtic man ergo does not have the best intrest in the club.Would MoN be getting as much flack? would he * because we supported MoN through some bad times at the club.

If we think GS needs to be put under abuse from Celtics own supporters then you must only be supporting celtic cause were a winning club and therefore u expect a great performance and win evry game. its not lke that
were entitled to bad runs and poor performances sometimes but when were winning it is all that matters so dont complain
Hail hail GS lets get this double wraped up
