    Greatest RB I have EVER seen. Man would be worth millions if playing now. Clubs like Real, Man U, Man C, Barca would be falling over themselves to buy him.

    Couldn't score to save his life....but set up loads.

    True world class player. Best IMO

    Never heard a bad thing about Danny away from football.

    For a few years imho & in a lot of respected football
    players, coaches & pundits eyes he was the best player
    in his position in the world.
    And he spent all his career, apart from his last season, playing for us,
    which was our great fortune.

    I'm not picky.
    Great news and will only be a massive boost to the coaching staff for the first team as well as the youngsters.

    I remember how well he done when he was manager for Arbroath years ago, so with him being a coach for the first team he should be invaluable.

    McGrain never really stopped being involved in this club. He's held one title after another here even after he retired as a player. More recently with the reserves and youth squads. The man is a legend. He's probably the best defender Celtic ever had.
