    Hi,

I am looking for a PT to offer some advice on a workout plan or routeine.

My goal is to get slimmer, Lean and ripped (like everybody else!). I almost want a cover-model physique.

I am 23, Weight about 12 Stone, 5'8". I have been workingout for about 6 weeks following this plan http://www.simplyshredded.com/washboard-abs-bulgarian-fitness-model-lazar-angelov-talks-with-simplyshredded-com.html but am not sure if this is helping me or not! I play football 2x a weekend and maybe once a week. i Found this on the internet and every day somebody tells you something different to do i am not sure what is the best way to go about it.

If anybody on here can help me i would much appreciate it.

    Mon the Hoops :celt_2:

for a male to have abs showing, your body fat needs to be under at least 10%.

You won`t be looking like that dude anyway for some time.

Your workout should be suited to your requirements and yer man Angelov will be counting every single calorie etc that enters his mouth.

You should forget looking like that and set more realistic goals/challenges for yourself.

Its difficult to give you guidance on this without knowing more about you and the other factors which need to be considered when planning a workout routine.

I read in MH that it was 13% to start seeing abs, but real definition comes at 10%.

If you want to lose body fat, do high intensity interval training. Google it.

haha i would love to loo like that but i knwo with work and soicalising its near impossible to be like him, i just found that plan and followed it.

my goal like i say is just to have definition everywhere as best as i can i am slightly defined everywhere apart from the fat at the bottom of my stomache which i believe is the hardest bit to loose and possibly the last bit to come off.

what else would a PT instructor need to know?

It's pretty straightforward to be honest

Good diet + cardio with some HIIT + lifting weights (big compound moves)

    Simples
