I've only been to Parkhead 6 times, and I'm always raging at this. Always think they take it for granted being able to go every week :56:

Have never left early, only reason I would is if I had plans later on or had to catch the last bus or whatever.

Have turned off channels/feeds etc. in anger though if we've been * awful but it's never bitten me (two that stand out are 3-2 Inverness away and a game against Hearts where we got beaten 2-0 and were * awful although the referee had a stinker as well I seem to remember).

Closest I've come to a moment where it actually mattered though was watching a stream online of a Celtic vs. Rangers game where the stream died in the 90th minute so had to switch to the BBC commentary. It was the 2-1 game where (I think) Naka hit the screamer to put us ahead, and Big Jan scored with a header in the 93rd minute or something. Was gutted not to see it :54:

Never leave early, leave right on the whistle alot. Dont get why droves of people leave early on a Saturday afternoon though, where do you really need to be that's mega important?? Fair enough some people have work, but not 10 thousand plus.

Midweeks again, where do you need to go after the game. Leaving 5 minutes early seems pointless, considering it will only really be the difference between getting home at 10pm or half 10.

Always stay till the whistle in competitive games, unless your leavin 10-15 mins early I don't see how much difference it would make to the traffic.

    * me off when people leave early unless the game is way out of sight.

Even then I stay. Last night there were a fair few people leaving. I don't get it.

people have reasons, I get my old boy out five minutes early regularly as he struggles to walk and it's * on his legs if you've not got a clearish path down, not that he'd ever let on mind you.

I know a lot of people just want to beat traffic, but think about the people with actual reasons once in a while eh

People want to leave early then that's their prerogative.....they bought the ticket.

If they miss a goal though - then tough *.

Harsh though I have to say, leaving a finely poised Champions League match early is mental!

Now that you mention it, there was a dude beside me and my mate who upped and left with 5 mins to go in that game saying "* pish celtic"; was it you? :84:

Have only ever left early once, some qualifier v MTK Hungaria or something; other than that, I never leave early, after all, you don't really save that much time if you're just getting the train from bridgeton, indeed sometimes its quicker walking back into town!

plus I'm a great believer in sticking with your team till the end. even the 0-0 hearts game when we lost the league in strachan's last year, the atmosphere was so rancid and hostile that I considered it but simply couldn't.

Never understood the whole leaving early thing. Used to travel up from England and didn't really care if staying meant we were stuck in traffic for an hour or so...plenty of banter taking place which passed the time.

Your ticket, your prerogative I suppose....

I never leave early. Sometimes move down a bit further if there's some empty seats near the end so I'm closer to the exit, but not leave.

Well, some people have to go to work the next day, and need to drive home. Stuck in Champions League traffic at Parkhead is horrible, usually I got home at around 1am, and had to get up at 6.

Christ almighty, people that left during the games against the likes of Milan and Shakhtar, unless they had valid reasons (ie, disabled family members or themselves disabled) must be * mad. Both were 1-1 heading into stoppage time, yet there were actually some people who thought that the game was finished and there would be nothing else to come afterwards?

It's madness. But as has already been said, I suppose they bought the ticket and can do as they feel. Tough * if you miss a fantastic moment though, such as a big goal on a big European night, against the reigning European champions.

    Just cant get enough
People left almost while we were still celebrating the goal today! * shambles how empty parkhead get toward the end when we're winning... It's like the players are punished for doing well...

Crazy thing today was that after we scored a lot more Celtic fans ran for the exits than Aberdeen, that just annoys me. I sort of smiled when I heard the "cheerio" coming from their end.
