Actually they can and they have when there is a vested interest.

They can also take snippets of comments, and post it as they see fit. They have done and will continue to do so.

Why would he mention Celtic? He's clearly been asked about the effect of Rangers dropping out of the SPL - which he answers. He's also clearly been asked about the rumours regarding his transfer to various clubs in England - which he has answered.

Then, after being asked about the Olympics - he talks about that.

As for the 'under-achiever' comment - he is first choice CM for a very respectable international side, and was one of our top scoring and top-assisting CMs last season.
Not sure what more you want him to 'achieve', considering he's arguably not even Lennon's first pick for the CM spot.

So he has no interest in going to England, he is not interested in the Olympics? He does have history of the comments about England doesnt he? Or is that all made up stuff as well.

“It is a good thing for me to be linked with these clubs (Liverpool and QPR), it means they know who I am and how I play. It is a good thing for me to improve, to play in England.”

This to me sounds like a typical Ki comment. Good that he wants to improve in England, yet has been static whilst here.

There is not ONE player in our team that would not want to play in England.

Secondly, I am not going to go into stats, because you make sense when you post the majority of the time, but statistically Ki was our second strongest Mid last season. Hardly static.

Hardly typical Ki comment, it is a typical comment of anyone that aspires to improve. As said, maybe you should see the video he done recently in which his comments about Celtic where far better than anything he has EVER said about playing in England.

End of the day, KBS have run with a story saying he has rubbished all rumours of a move to England/Spain/Italy as he wants to focus on developing this season in the Champions League.

There are several who have come out and said they are happy here and don't see the appeal of moving to England to play for smaller clubs. Broony and Mulgrew both said something similar to that last year. Obviously they are both Scottish so their situation is different than Ki's but it would still be refreshing to see some loyalty from Ki he shouldn't be discussing transfers at all, it is incredily disrespectful to the club.

Straight from his own mouth, not via one of the worst news papers I have ever seen.

Why do some people here have such an agenda against this kid?

And I would bet anything I own that if a big offer came in for Mulgrew or Brown (I wished) they would be more than happy to move to England too.

Also, if he has said he would one day like to play in England? How is it disrespectful to want to better yourself as a person?

I would like Ki to prove himself at us before he moves anywhere he really needs to step up and show us what he is capable of.Hopefully the stage to do this is these important games coming up to get us into the Champions League..

There was, then the site went down until the rumours of him leaving were cleared up.

It was just talking about how he was proud of the team, fans and players for all achieved next season. then at the end of the video, he says he is looking forward to earning more trophies this season.

Spoke of the excellent atmopshere from the fans (joke considering most want him out) and playing at Celtic Park.

Brown wouldn't go to EPL over us, says it doesn't interest him. Mulgrew wouldn't get an EPL club either.
