    Hi guys was looking for any advice yous could give me on how to get ne and my football team fired up and ready for our final at the weekend? We've been on a bad run of form and got completely hammerred in our last game 10-0 so you can understand our dilemma. We're going into this game with little confidence and up against the Scottish cup champions of our age group and the last thing we want in a final is to be embarrassed by the score, however I am optimistic we can win was just looking for any advice every little helps.
    P.S the game is this Saturday in * park stadium, Ayr 12 o'clock ko for anyone who would like to come and watch

    get yer hole from their keepers bird before the game, note down any distinguishing features that only he would know about, then mention it to him in the first minute of the game :50:

    its basically the reverse of what allan mcgreggor does to make himself look good

    It`s a big pitch, play narrow and don`t chase lost casues.

    Motivation is a difficult thing, some people respond to a bollocking and others need. If your captain (Sounds like you`re playing) try to get round all your players individually, although your manager/coaches should be doing this.

    Loads of relaxation techniques kicking about that can be used, to release tension in the muscles. Can be incorporated during a warm-up.

    The other thing is to forget about what the other team have done/how well they`ve done in competitions. If your thinking about how good the other team are then its a good chance the majority of those in the changing room with you are doing the same.

    Enter every activity without giving mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Concentrate on your strengths instead of your weaknesses, on your powers instead of your problems.
