It doesnt take a genius to make sphag boll, pasta with anything, chicken with some kind of side, baked potatoes with beans and cheese.

Ham/turkey/beef etc... none of these things are difficult to make. And all of them are far healthier than getting a takeaway from a chippy or indian.

The club for one and the player himself should care. Players are often given a diet sheet or what is essentially a "cookery book" which contains all information needed to eat properly.

I would be very surprised if Celtic never had anything similar.

Why doesn't he just hire a cook and get her/him to speak to the dietitians at the club?

Good laugh reading some of these posts :56:his diet at the club will be controlled, but his diet at home is his own responsibility, and im sure after this article he will get the help he needs. As for hid red Audi A3 causing the tight hammys...just stretch off after training properly and don't rush off home!

People have to still remember he's not skeletally matured so the body will break down when he is doing too much exercise...

Commons has obviously been goin round to Jamesy's for dinner a bit too often!

This happens to me aswell though, even a 20 min drive home straight after 5s, legs are always a bit stiff when getting out the car. They should make sure to warm down properly.
